Went through the Georgia Aquarium today.

Atlanta Georgia

We left Red Bay, Al this morning and arrived in Atlanta, Georgia this afternoon. Went for Kentucky Fried Chicken for supper. Will be spending the day at the Georgia Aquarium tomorrow. Friday off for Lake Wales, Florida.

Tiffin Plant - Red Bay, Albama

Today we toured the Tiffin Motor Home Factory. Unfortunately I was unable to walk all the way through the tour and had to depart the group early but Ellen took many good pictures of the areas I didn't get to see. Generally toured the area around Red Bay and went into Mississippi to have dinner tonight.
Tomorrow we head out to Atlanta Georgia. Will be going to the Georgia Aquarium on Thursday.

Tiffin Motor Home Plant

We arrived at the Tiffin Motor Home Plant this morning after spending the night at a Walmart in Lewisburg, TN. Had the three items checked that are known faults and all is well for now. Went to the Tiffin Store today and bought a few items. Visited the Allegro Store and ordered a mat for the Motor Home that has Phaeton on it.
Went to see the Coon Dog Cemetery in Tuscumbia, AL  which is east of Red Bay, AL. Quite a few interesting head stones marking the Coon Dog Graves. Then stopped at Swamp John's restaurant for supper.
Tomorrow we tour the plant where they make the Tiffin Motor Homes.

 

Last Day Of FMCA Rally

It's the last day of the FMCA Rally here in Goshen, IN. Next years Rally is June 11 thru 15 back here at the 4H fairgrounds. Had a good time here, went to numerous seminars, had quite a few vendors and an excellent breakfast this morning. Didn't get to any of the evening programs but probably my own fault.
Head out tomorrow to the Tiffin Motor Home factory in Red bay, AL. Want to tour the factory and go through the store there. Want a couple of items looked at while there.

Interesting Day Today

Didn't post anything yesterday. Went to a few seminars and went thru the exhibitors building. There were quite a few exhibitors contrary to the last Good Sam Rally I went to where there were only two.
Today started out going to a couple more seminars then back to the motor home for a bite for lunch. Well that bite was enough to dislodge a crown on my back tooth. Here I am with the crown in my hand and what to do. Called my dentist back in Grand Rapids, Michigan and off I went on the 250 mile round trip to have it fixed. Not complaining as it was probably better it happened now than wait until we are in Florida where I know any dentists at all.
Tomorrow is the last day of the Rally with a breakfast in the morning.

Day Two At FMCA Rally

Opening day at the FMCA Rally. Campground filling fast as shown by the picture below.
Got the oil changed in motor home engine by Michiana Mobile Lube. Our two friends got their generator oil changed. Didn't have time to change the oil before we left so this was a very convenient service they preformed right at the campsite and at a reasonable cost. Now I am good for another year. Weather was nice today.
